Prerequisites
Admin access to CORE.
An active GDAP relationship between the customer and Infinigate Cloud.
Steps to cancel
Login to CORE, using the navigation bar on the left, go to Customers and then Subscriptions.
2. Search for the subscription in question.
3. Select the three dots on the right hand side > Cancel subscription.
4. Enter a comment and confirm the order.
5. At this stage, the cancellation order will sit in a pending status for 35 days, whilst the final billing information is collected.
Please note
The cancellation order will stay pending for at least 35 days.
As Azure is billed in arrears, there will be an invoice in the following month.
If the customer does not have an active GDAP relationship with Infinigate Cloud, the Azure subscription will not be cancelled.
Please contact support to check if a GDAP relationship exists.
If the customer cannot accept a GDAP relationship, we may be able to manually cancel the services.
To stop any further billing immediately, an admin user will need to disable all Azure resources directly in the Azure portal.
