Prerequisites

Before a transfer request can be sent, we'll first need you to complete the following steps:

  • Create a customer account in CORE

  • Have the customer accept the Partner Relationship link to become associated with Infinigate Cloud

If you have any issues with either step, please refer to the following Knowledge Article guides for assistance

We also advise that you, or your customer, reach out to the Current Indirect Provider (that is, the current CSP the customer is with), and let them know of the customer's intent to move away, as this often speeds up the transfer process.

Step 1 - The Transfer

Once these prerequisite steps are complete, please contact support@infinigate.cloud with the following information.

  • Customer name: (The name of the customer account)

  • Customer email: (Email address of an admin user for the above customer)

  • Customer Microsoft Domain Name: (The customer domain name ending in .onmicrosoft.com)

  • Current indirect provider name: (Name of current indirect provider)

  • Current indirect provider Microsoft ID: (The Microsoft ID of the current indirect provider - The current provider can find their Microsoft ID by navigating to Account Settings and Selecting Azure AD Profile)

Once we have the above details, we'll be able to create and send out the transfer request to the losing CSP, who will then have 30 days to accept the transfer.

Note: If you are unsure of the Indirect Provider (losing CSP) Microsoft ID, please just provide their name. Since we complete a number of transfers from various other CSPs, we often have their Microsoft ID on file, so may be able to provide this for you. If we do not, we'll let you know and ask that you reach out to the losing CSP to gain that information.

Please be aware that the losing CSP has no obligation to accept this transfer request and may refuse.

Step 1.5 - Mass Transfers

If you are looking to transfer more than 10+ customer's from their current CSP over to Infinigate Cloud, we ask that you create a spreadsheet with the following columns to make the process easier.

  • CORE ID

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email (if the same for each, please specify in the initial email and forgo this column)

  • Microsoft Domain Name (ending in .onmicrosoft.com)

  • Microsoft ID (if you don't know how to gather this, please leave each cell blank)

  • Number of subscriptions

Please send this, along with the details below, in the initial email to support@infinigate.cloud

  • Customer email: (if the same for each)
  • Customer Microsoft Domain Name: (The customer domain name ending in .onmicrosoft.com)

  • Current indirect provider name: (Name of current indirect provider)

  • Current indirect provider Microsoft ID: (The Microsoft ID of the current indirect provider - The current provider can find their Microsoft ID by navigating to Account Settings and Selecting Azure AD Profile)

Step 2 - The Import

After the transfer request has been accepted, we'll need to wait 24 hours before we can successfully import the subscriptions into our CORE portal under the created customer's account.

Once we have imported the subscriptions, we'll let you know. This will also mark the end of this process.

For mass imports, please allow our team time to complete this, as more subscriptions take more time to import.

Note: The autorenewal status on the subscription will remain unchanged during the transfer process, meaning if the status of autorenewal is set to disabled before the subscription is transferred, it will transfer to Infinigate Cloud with the status disabled.

If you have any further queries or concerns on the process, please feel free to reach out to either your account manager, or support@infinigate.cloud, and we'll assist however we can.
