What is the CORE Action Log in UX1?

The Action log in CORE keeps track of all activity undertaken within the portal.

If a new user is added, or another customer has been created, these actions will be stored in the Action Log so Partners have an audit history of what has happened on their account.

Where can the Action Log be found?

1. Log into CORE.
2. Click Account on the left navigation pane and then Action Log.

A list of actions will be shown, alongside which user made the change. See the example below.
 

From the above example, a new Admin user was created on the 24^th July 2018 by 'setup Team' user. Content from the Action log cannot be deleted or altered.
