Note: Disabling the Auto-renew for a subscription must be done 2 or more days before the Microsoft renewal date. Infinigate Renews subscriptions 1 day before the Microsoft Renewal to avoid any issues with subscriptions. This means if you disable auto-renew 1 day before the Core subscription will stay active but Partner centre will terminate and cause a disconnection.
Once you’ve disabled auto-renew, please check back after a short while to confirm that the request has been fully processed.
If it has not processed, it could be down to the MCA (Microsoft Customer Agreement). To check this, please log in as the customer > Click on the subscription, and if further information is required or the MCA agreement, is at fault, you should see an option to Open the activation form.
If there is no activation form, but the request is still processing, or if you need further assistance, please get in touch with our support team.
1. In CORE, go to the Customers tab and log in as the customer.
2. Select the relevant subscription from the navigation bar and then click the Manage Subscription button or navigate to account > subscriptions.
3. Click on the Auto-renew slider
If the Subscription auto-renew status is set to disabled, you will see the auto-renew slider to the left. You will also see it will say expires on:
If the subscription auto-renew status is set to enabled you will see the auto-renew toggle to the right, lit up slightly and it will state renews on x Date:
If you have any problems with enabling or disabling auto-renew status, please get in contact with our support team who can assidt you on 0345 249 3303 or email on support@infinigate.cloud.
