In order to complete an Azure order, Infinigate Cloud requires an active GDAP relationship with the customer tenant. Please contact support@infinigate.cloud to either, check an active relationship exists, or to generate a new GDAP link. The GDAP link will need to be accepted by a Global admin user for the customer tenant. The GDAP link can be accepted before or after the Azure order has been placed in CORE.
Login to CORE and select Marketplace from the navigation bar.
Search for “Azure Plan v2” and add product to cart.
3. Go to the cart, click next, select a customer then click next again.
4. Check and complete the reseller options (if required).
5. Use the Specify a Microsoft Order Type dropdown to select the Register a new Microsoft Azure Subscription in an existing Microsoft domain option and enter the onmicrosoft domain for the customer. The import field can be left blank.
6. After clicking next, the page should reload and a dropdown for the state owned entity attestation will appear.
7. If this is the first Azure purchase for this customer, a randomly generated verification user will need to be added in the tenant. If GDAP exists, the username will appear in CORE during the order placement steps. If GDAP has not been added yet, the user will be displayed in an activation form after the order is placed. This user does not require a license or any permissions. Once the order has been completed, the user can be removed.
8. Once the Azure subscription has been provisioned, please contact support@infinigate.cloud to update permissions/access for the new subscription - if required.
