If you encounter any issues with upgrading or partially upgrading a subscription, please reach out to us at support@infinigate.cloud or give us a call on 0345 249 3303.
Note:
You must select the same plan term and billing duration. You will be unable to downgrade the billing term, e.g. from a 1-year subscription to a 1-month subscription, even at renewal, unfortunately. This is not supported by Microsoft and is a Microsoft limitation. If you wish to lower the term from 1-year to 1-month, you will instead need to cancel the subscription and purchase it on the new term.
If you wish to upgrade the whole subscription and move all licenses onto the new subscription, you will need to enter the current quantity.
If you wish to perform a partial upgrade and move only some of the licenses, you can enter the quantity you wish to move.
